      目的 阐明医防融合建设对于提升艾滋病诊疗成效、强化防控效能和管理周期的重要意义。方法 应用安徽省艾滋病诊疗中心近五年艾滋病管理统计数据，对比职能移交与协同共治、“一站式”服务与快速启动治疗、信息融合与AI应用创新举措，对缩短感染者首次接受抗病毒治疗时间、提高感染者管理规模及治疗成功率、降低年停药人数和到年失访人数的影响。结果 通过职能移交与协同共治机制创新，安徽省艾滋病诊疗中心感染者首次接受抗病毒治疗时间中位数从19天缩短至11天，缩短42%；通过“一站式”服务与快速启动治疗服务模式优化，安徽省艾滋病诊疗中心管理感染者人数从2397增至4190，增长74.8%；治疗成功率（VL＜50）从90.23%提升至96.42%，提升6.19%；治疗成功率（VL＜1 000）从96.72%提升至98.38%，提升1.66%；通过信息融合与AI应用创新技术赋能，安徽省艾滋病诊疗中心管理患者年停药比例从0.15%降至0.07%，年失访比例从0.34%降至0.20%。结论 艾滋病医防融合管理中跨部门协作壁垒仍存，受管理周期长、感染者信任度低、长效筹资机制不完善，感染者全病程管理及源头防控仍难以落地。通过职能移交与协同共治机制创新、“一站式”服务与快速启动治疗服务模式优化以及信息融合与AI应用创新技术赋能，能够显著提升艾滋病防控及诊疗成效，扩大患者管理规模和管理周期。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To clarify the significant importance of integrated medical and prevention efforts in enhancing the effectiveness of AIDS prevention and treatment and improving patient satisfaction. Methods: Using the AIDS management statistical data from the Anhui Provincial AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment Center over the past five years, this study compares and analyzes the outcomes of integrated medical and prevention management in Anhui, exploring practical, replicable, and scalable approaches for building such integration. Results: The study identifies the critical roles of mechanism innovation, service model optimization, and technological advancement in the process of AIDS medical-prevention integration, while summarizing specific implementation pathways for related initiatives. Discussion: Despite progress, cross-departmental collaboration barriers persist in AIDS medical-prevention management. Limited by prolonged management cycles, low patient trust, and an underdeveloped long-term funding mechanism, comprehensive disease management for patients remains challenging to implement. Recommendations: Accelerate the improvement of cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms, increase investment in software and hardware infrastructure, and enhance public education and awareness.
