      帕金森病(PD)作为一种常见的神经退行性疾病,目前临床治疗手段以缓解症状为主,但都无法阻止或逆转疾病的进程。室管膜下区(SVZ)是成年哺乳动物大脑中最活跃的神经干细胞/神经前体细胞(NSCs/NPCs)聚集区之一,在生理和病理条件下均具有一定的神经再生潜能。颗粒蛋白前体(PGRN)是一种多功能的生长因子,多项研究显示其在多种神经系统疾病模型中展现出显著的神经保护效应。本文系统阐述了PGRN在PD中调控SVZ区神经再生的作用及其分子机制的最新研究进展,为开发以神经再生为核心的PD治疗策略提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease. At present, clinical treatments mainly focus on relieving symptoms, but none of them can stop or reverse the progress of the disease. The subventricular zone (SVZ) is one of the most active neural stem cells/neural precursor cells (NSCs/NPCs) gathering areas in adult mammalian brain, which has certain nerve regeneration potential under physiological and pathological conditions. The progranulin (PGRN) is a multifunctional growth factor, and many studies have shown that it has significant neuroprotective effects in various nervous system disease models. In this paper, the role of PGRN in regulating nerve regeneration in SVZ region and the latest research progress of its molecular mechanism are systematically expounded, which provides theoretical basis for developing PD treatment strategy with nerve regeneration as the core.
