| 目的 了解临床护士营养护理能力现状，探讨组织支持感及人口学变量对临床护士营养护理能力的影响，为提升临床护士营养护理能力的管理策略提供参考依据。方法 本研究为横断面研究，于2025年11至12月，采用一般资料调查表、护士营养护理能力量表、护士组织支持感问卷对陕西省6所三级综合医院的2 020名护士进行调查。采用单因素分析、Pearson相关性分析及多因素分析探究临床护士营养护理能力的影响因素。结果 临床护士营养护理能力总分（222.94±18.45）分。多元线性回归分析显示：组织支持感、职称、工作年限、相关课程的学习情况、相关培训的参加情况是临床护士营养护理能力的主要影响因素（均P＜0.05），可共同解释临床护士营养护理能力水平47.8%的变异度。结论 临床护士营养护理能力处于中等水平。管理者可通过建立健全的支持与激励机制，增强护士的组织支持感，激发其内在驱动力；并需重点关注低职称、低年资护士，分层级开展规范化培训，全面提升护理团队的营养护理综合水平。 |

| Objective To understand the status quo of clinical nurses'' nutritional nursing ability,to explore the effects of organizational support and demographic variables on clinical nurses'' nutritional nursing ability,so as to provide reference for improving the management strategy of clinical nurses'' nutritional nursing ability.Methods This study is a cross-sectional study.From November to December 2025,2020 clinical nurses from 6 tertiary general hospitals in Shaanxi Province were investigated by general data questionnaire,nurses'' nutritional nursing ability scale and nurses'' sense of organizational support questionnaire.Single-factor analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multi-factor analysis were adopted to explore the influencing factors of clinical nurses'' nutritional nursing ability.Results The score of nutritional nursing ability of clinical nurses was (222.94±18.45).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the organizational support,professional titles,working years,learning of relevant courses and participation in relevant training were the main influencing factors of clinical nurses'' nutritional nursing ability (all P＜0.05),and they could jointly explain 47.8% of the variation in the nutritional nursing ability level of clinical nurses.Conclusions The nutritional nursing ability of clinical nurses is at a medium level.Managers can establish and improve the support and incentive mechanisms to enhance the organizational support of nurses and stimulate their intrinsic motivation.They should also pay special attention to nurses with lower ranks and seniority,and carry out standardized training at different levels to comprehensively improve the nutritional care level of the nursing team. |
