近年来,美国弹性成像技术被提议作为触诊的一种延伸方式,它提供了对于组织硬度的补充信息,比触诊更为客观。而剪切波弹性成像技术(shear wave elasticity imaging, SWE),是超声弹性成像的新领域,具有客观评价组织内部弹性信息、反映组织硬度的优势,故称为“电子触诊”。本文拟就 SWE 技术在诊断甲状腺疾病中的应用及研究进展进行综述。 |

In recent years, elastography in the United States has been proposed as an extension of palpation that provides additional information on tissue hardness and is more objective than palpation.Shear wave elasticity imaging (SWE), as a new field of ultrasound elasticity imaging, has the advantage of objectively evaluating the elasticity information inside tissues and reflecting the hardness of tissues, so it is called "electronic pation".This paper reviews the application and research progress of SWE in diagnosing thyroid diseases. |
