Objective To investigate the imaging and clinical features of Non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease. Methods The imaging data and clinical features of patients with Non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease were retrospectively analyzed. The CT scoring system was used to score the five signs (bronchiectasis, bronchiolitis, nodules, consolidation and hollowness) and the total. To analyse the relationship between clinical features and CT scorebyusinglinearregressionmethod. Results The linical features of Non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease are cough and sputum, hemoptysis, chest tightness, dyspnea, weight loss and fever, the main imaging features of the disease are bronchiectasis, bronchiolitis, nodules, consolidation and hollowness and other pathological patterns;Univariate analysis showed that age was positively correlated with total CT score, CRP was positively correlated with cavity score, hemoptysis was negatively correlated with nodule score, age was positively correlated with consolidation score.Multivariate analysis showed that gender was significantly correlated with bronchiectasis, and the score of female bronchiectasis was higher than that of male.Multivariate analysis showed that there was negative correlation between body weight and bronchiolitis score. Conclusion The CT manifestations of Non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease are diverse including bronchiectasis, bronchiolitis, nodules, consolidation and hollowness,The corresponding imaging manifestations were more obvious in the elderly, female and poor nutritional status. |
