Manuscripts shall not contain any state or enterprise confidential information.
2. All published papers of this journal are fully indexed and included in databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, and Chaoxing, and disseminated via multiple new media platforms. 4. Upon publication, the copyright of the work shall remain with the authors, while the editorial copyright shall belong to the journal. The journal reserves the rights of reproduction, distribution, compilation, information network communication, sub-licensing, and other related rights of the published manuscript, and may license the aforesaid rights to third parties. Authors who disagree with the above terms shall make a written statement at the time of submission; otherwise, they shall be deemed to have accepted all provisions herein.
