      目的 分析原发性胆囊癌的治疗与预后。方法 回顾分析解放军第105医院2001年1月至2014年1月45例胆囊癌患者的临床资料, 按照是否进行手术, 分为非手术组(10例)和手术组(35例), 统计分析患者术后生存率。结果 胆囊癌患者1、3、5年生存率分别为69.80%、23.30%和5.10%。手术组1、3、5年生存率分别为 88.80%、30.40%和6.60%;非手术组1、3、5年生存率分别为10.00%、0.00%和0.00%。结论 手术有助提高患者生存率, 对于部分适于手术的患者应适当放宽手术指征。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the diagnosis, clinical treatment and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with gallbladder carcinoma admitted from January 2001 to January 2014 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Overall survival rate was 69.80%, 23.30%, 5.10% in 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, respectively. Overall survival rate of surgery group was 88.80%, 30.40%, 6.60% in 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, respectively. Overall survival rate of supportive group was 10.00%, 0.00%, 0.00% in 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, respectively. Conclusion With careful patient selection, resection may help to improve the survival rate. For patients with surgery application condition, surgery treatment should be given.
