      目的 分析医学生情绪管理能力的现状和特点及其与应对方式之间的关系。方法 从安徽、江苏两省选取两所本科类医学院校,采取分层整群抽样的方法抽取792名医学生为研究对象。使用自编《医学生情绪管理能力量表》和《特质应对方式问卷》以团体施测的方式进行自填式问卷调查。结果 ①医学生在情绪评价能力和情绪表达能力维度得分上,女生高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);农村、城镇和城市的医学生在量表总分及情绪评价能力、情绪感知能力、情绪表达能力及情绪调控能力4个维度得分上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②大一至大四4个年级的医学生在情绪调控能力上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大一至大三3个年级均高于大四;临床医学专业学生的情绪调控能力高于护理学专业,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③学生干部在量表总分、情绪感知能力、情绪表达能力及情绪调控能力维度得分上高于普通学生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);学习成绩优异的医学生在量表总分、情绪表达能力及情绪调控能力维度上均高于成绩很差者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④医学生的情绪管理能力量表总分与消极应对方式呈负相关,与积极应对方式呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医学生情绪管理能力在性别、专业、年级、学习成绩及是否学生干部方面有差异;医学生情绪管理能力与积极应对方式呈正相关,与消极应对方式呈负相关。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the relationship between the features and the present situation of emotional management ability and the coping style of medical students. Methods A total of 792 medical students of two medical colleges from Anhui and Jiangsu province were selected by cluster sampling, and the Scale of Emotional Management Ability of Medical Students and the Trait Coping Style Questionnaire were adopted for them to finish the self-administered questionnaire. Results ①The scores which the medical girl students got in emotional evaluation ability and emotional expression ability were higher than the boys', and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The differences which rural, town and city medical students got in emotion management ability scores, emotional evaluation ability scores, emotional perception ability scores, emotional expression ability scores and emotion regulation ability scores showed no significant difference (P>0.05). ②The difference which 1~4 grade of four group medical students got in emotion regulation ability was statistically significant(P<0.05), the scores which 1~3 grade medical students got were higher than those the 4 grade medical students got. The scores which the clinical medicine students got in emotion regulation ability were higher than the nursing students', and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ③The scores which student cadres got in emotion management ability, emotional evaluation ability, emotional perception ability, emotional expression ability and emotion regulation ability were higher than those the common medical students got, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores which the medical students who got good marks in study were higher in emotion management ability scores, emotional expression ability scores and emotion regulation ability scores than those who get bad marks in study, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).④The medical students' emotion management ability scores were negatively correlated with negative coping style, positive correlation with positive coping style, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The emotion management ability of medical students is different in gender, major, grade, and whether the student is cadre or not. The medical students' emotion management ability scores are positively correlated with positive coping style and negatively correlated with negative coping style.
