      目的 探讨情景式模拟教学在急诊科实习医师教学中的应用效果。方法 选取急诊科实习医师80名,随机分为两组,对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用情景模拟教学法。教学结束后对两组实习医师进行理论考试和操作考核,并对试验组实习医师进行问卷调查。结果 两组实习医师的理论考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组实习医师技能操作评分明显优于对照组实习医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组超过90%的实习医师认为情景模拟教学法较好。结论 与传统教学法相比,情景模拟教学更有利于实习医师掌握急诊医学知识。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of scenario simulation teaching method on medical interns in emergency department.Methods A total of 80 medical interns were randomly divided into control group and experimental group on average, respectively trainedby traditional teaching method and scenario simulation teaching method. Two groups of students were tested by theoretical and skills examination, experimental group for evaluation of scenario simulation teaching method.Results Without significant difference between twogroups in theoretical examinations scores(P>0.05), the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in skills examination scores(P<0.05). The survey results showed that more than 90 percent of students were inclined to scenario simulation teaching method.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching, scenario simulation teaching method is better for students to master emergency knowledge.
