      目的 了解合肥多个社区的居民膳食情况与代谢指标的关系。方法 通过调查问卷的形式对合肥多个社区居民的膳食情况进行调查,了解膳食习惯,同时测定身高、体质量、空腹血糖、OGTT 2 h血糖、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TCH)等指标。结果 合肥市社区居民膳食构成前3位依次是谷物、新鲜蔬菜、新鲜水果,男性在谷物、各种肉类、蔬菜、豆制品及鸡蛋摄入方面均高于女性,水果摄入低于女性。超重与肥胖人群谷物的摄入高于正常BMI人群,鸡蛋和奶制品的摄入低于正常BMI人群;空腹血糖≥7.0 mmol/L的人群,谷物、薯类、水果的摄入低于空腹血糖<7.0 mmol/L的人群,奶制品的摄入高于空腹血糖<7.0 mmol/L的人群;OGTT 2 h血糖≥11.1 mmol/L的人群,谷物、薯类、猪肉、蔬菜、水果、豆制品的摄入低于OGTT 2 h血糖<11.1 mmol/L的人群,奶制品的摄入高于OGTT 2 h血糖<11.1 mmol/L的人群;TG≥1.70 mmol/L的人群蔬菜、蛋类的摄入低于TG正常人群,水产品摄入高于TG正常人群;TCH≥5.18 mmol/L的人群,谷物、猪肉、蔬菜、水果的摄入低于TCH正常的人群,薯类及水产品的摄入高于TCH正常人群;每周不在餐馆就餐者TG基本在正常范围内,且低于有在餐馆就餐者。结论 合肥市社区居民膳食结构具有一定的特点,存在较多不合理之处,膳食特点的确与体质量、血糖、血脂之间存在较多的关联。

      Objective To investigate the relations between the dietary conditions and metabolic indices of the community residents in Hefei city. Methods The dietary conditions of the residents were investigated in a couple of Hefei communities based on a questionnaire. The metabolic indices on body height, body weight, fasting glucose, OGTT 2h blood sugar, triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(TCH) and so on were measured. Results Grain, vegetables and fruits accounted for the top three dietary of the community residents in Hefei city. Although the intake of grains, meats, vegetables, bean products and eggs was significantly higher in males than those in females, less fruits were consumed by males. Compared to the group with normal body mass index(BMI), the intake of grains in the overweight and the obese population was significantly increased, whereas the consumption of eggs or dairy products was reduced. In comparison to the group with fasting glucose < 7.0mmol/L, less grains, potatoes or fruits but more dairy products were consumed in the population with fasting glucose≥7.0mmol/L. Compared to the group with OGTT 2h blood glucose < 11.1mmol/L, less grains, potatoes, pork, vegetables, fruits or bean products but more dairy products were consumed in the population with OGTT 2h blood glucose≥11.1mmol/L. Less vegetables or eggs but more aquatic products were consumed in the population with TG≥1.70mmol/L in comparison to the group with normal TG level. In the population with TCH≥5.18mmol/L, less grains, pork, vegetables or fruits but more potatoes or aquatic products were consumed in comparison to the group with normal TCH level. Compared to the group who dined in restaurants, the TG level was within the normal range and significantly lower in the population who did not dine in restaurants. Conclusion The dietary composition of the community residents in Hefei city is characterized with certain unreasonable features. There indeed exist relations between the dietary characteristics and body weight, blood glucose and blood fat.
