Objective To explore the treatment methods and clinical outcomesof multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment for HELLP syndrome. Methods The clinical data and treatment of 26 patients with HELLP syndrome admitted to the intensive care unit from January 2011 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 7 cases with complete HELLP syndrome and 19 cases with partial HELLP syndrome. 24 cases with severe preeclampsia,2 cases with epilepsy,all were combined with varying degrees of hypertension.Emergency cesarean section was performed in 25 cases. The maternal complications included posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome(1 case),acute renal injury(3 cases),acute respiratory distress syndrome(4 cases),placental abruption and hemorrhagic shock(2 cases),multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(1cases).Two patients were treated with hemodialysis,four patients underwent mechanical ventilation. 25 cases were cured,1 cases died.Conclusion HELLP syndrome is a serious complication of pregnancy-induced hypertension,timely termination of pregnancy is the key to improve the cure rate,mechanical ventilation and hemodialysis are important treatment methods. |
