Objective To explore the effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching in department of endocrinology. Methods Seventy-six clinical medicine interns of Wangnan Medical College were randomly divided into experimental group (group PC) and control group (group LC), who received PBL combined with CBL teaching method and LBL combined with CBL teaching method, respectively. The teaching efficiency was evaluated through the teaching assessment and questionnaire survey. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in the teaching evaluation results including history-taking, physical examination, medical record writing, clinical skills operation and clinical case analysis ability(P<0.05), as well as questionnaire survey including teaching method satisfaction, learning enthusiasm and interest, establishment of clinical thinking mode, learning efficiency and self learning ability, team cooperation ability, ability of analyzing problems and solving problems, ability of language organization and expression, ability of consulting reference, use in the future teaching(P<0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method is better than LBL combined with CBL teaching method, which is helpful for the cultivation of clinical thinking and clinical practice ability of clinical medicine interns. |
