Objective To explore the effect of individualized high quality nursing care in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of81 cases of chronic uremia in maintenance hemodialysis patientswere selected in our hospital and divided into two groups, namely, 31 patients for the control group with routine care, and the remaining 50 patients for the observation group with the individualized nursing measures. All patients underwent hemodialysis GQOL-74 quality of life questionnaire score at the start and after six months, and the results were compared. Results There were no statistical differences in age, gender, disease duration, week frequency of dialysis, escort, education, residence for two groups of patients (P>0.05).There were no statistical differences in first hemodialysis quality of life table scores(P>0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group in terms of the quality of life score and the total score after six months (P<0.01). Conclusion It can be improved for the quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients with individualized nursing measures, including physical function, psychological function, social function and material life. |
