| 目的 探讨个性化护理管理模式对老年脑梗死患者心理状态的影响。方法 选取2013年4月至2014年4月安徽省立医院收治的84例老年脑梗死患者，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组42例。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及评估日常生活活动能力的Barthel指数评定量表（BI）情况。结果 两组患者干预后，SAS、SDS、BI指数评分均优于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者干预后，SAS、SDS、BI指数评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 个性化护理模式可明显改善老年脑梗死患者的心理状态，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To discuss the influence of individualized nursing management mode on the psychological state of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-four cases of hospitalized elderly patients with brain death plug were selected from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The two groups were compared before and after the intervention in terms of self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS), depression self rating scale (SDS) and the Barthel index score.Result SAS, SDS, the Barthel index score of the two groups after intervention were better than those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). SAS, SDS, the Barthel index score of the observation group after intervention were better thanthose of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing model can obviously improve the psychological state of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction and improve the quality of life for patients, which is worth clinical promotion. |
