      目的 探讨高分辨宽体探测器CT追踪冻结技术(SSF)在冠状动脉CT血管成像中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2018年5月至2018年6月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院放射科62例接受冠状动脉CT血管成像检查者的临床资料,根据受检者心率分为高心率组(心率≥ 75次/分,32例)及低心率组(心率<75次/分,30例)。所有受检者完成扫描后,机器自动选择最佳时相并结合SSF技术进行重建,得到标准重建和SSF重建2组图像,由2名有经验的放射科医师应用双盲法进行分析,根据美国心脏协会改良的冠状动脉分段方法将冠状动脉分为15节段,以LiKert 4分制评分标准对各血管节段进行评分,仅对血管节段评分达2分及以上者进行对比分析,比较各血管节段在SSF前后图像质量的变化。结果 62例冠状动脉第1~4、6~14段血管在使用SSF后图像评分提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第5、15段血管图像评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高心率组应用SSF改善图像比例(20/30)高于低心率组(11/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SSF技术可改善冠状动脉CT血管成像图像质量,尤其对于高心率受检者,图像质量改善更加明显。

      Objective To investigate the effect the motion-correction reconstruction algorithm SnapShot Freeze (SSF) on the diagnostic performance of CCTA using wide detector CT.Methods From May 2018 to June 2018,62 cases of suspected coronary heart disease who underwent coronary CT angiography in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were retrospectively analysed. According to the heart rate of the subjects, they were divided into high HR group(HR ≥ 75 bpm) and low HR group (<75 bpm). CT image data post processing respectively received standard image processing technology and SSF technology, and image quality score of coronary angiography in patients with different image processing methods was compared. Two experienced radiologists used a double-blind method to analyze the coronary arteries into 15 segments according to the American Heart Association's modified coronary segmentation method, using the LiKert 4 scale to investigate each vessel segment. Only the blood vessel images of the subjects with a score of 2 or more were analyzed.Results The Likert scores for segments 1-4 and 6-14 were higher in SSF compared to standard algorithm (P<0.05). The proportion of images that was improved by SSF was greater for the high HR systolic phase imaging (20/30,66.7%) than for the low HR diastolic phase imaging (11/32,34.3%, P<0.05).Conclusion The SSF algorithm improves CCTA images acquired using a 256-row wide detector CT, particularly in patients with high HR.
