| 目的 分析2013～2018年安徽省老年肺结核疫情特征，为制定老年肺结核防治策略提供参考依据。方法 采用描述性流行病学研究方法，分析2013～2018年安徽省老年肺结核患者疫情特征。结果 2013～2018年，安徽省活动性肺结核年平均登记率老年人高于全人群（χ2=55.061，P<0.001）；涂阳肺结核年平均登记率老年人高于全人群（χ2=21.840，P<0.001），老年复治涂阳占全省复治涂阳的42.42%（3 379/7 965）；老年肺结核男女性别比为3.32∶1；安徽省所辖16个市以亳州、铜陵、池州老年肺结核年平均登记率最高。结论 安徽省老年肺结核疫情高于全人群，男性高于女性，亳州、铜陵、池州老年肺结核疫情重，需加强重点人群和重点地区的结核病防治工作。 |

| Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis in Anhui province from 2013 to 2018, providing a reference for the development of elderly tuberculosis prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive statistics were applied to analyze on the epidemiological characteristics of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis in Anhui province from 2013 to 2018.Results From 2013 to 2018,the average annual registration rate of elderly active tuberculosis in Anhui was higher than that of the whole population(χ2=55.061,P<0.001). The average annual registration rate of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis was higher in the elderly than in the whole population(χ2=21.840,P<0.001), and the elderly patients with retreatment of smear-positive patients accounted for 42.42%(3 379/7 965) of the patients retreated with smear-positive patients in the province. The male to female ratio in elderly tuberculosis patients was 3.32:1. Among the 16 cities in Anhui, Bozhou,Tongling and Chizhou had the highest annual average registration rate of elderly tuberculosis. Conclusions The prevalence of tuberculosis in the elderly in Anhui province is higher than that of the whole population,it is higher in men than in women, and it is especially heavier in Bozhou, Tongling and Chizhou. The prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in key populations and key regions should be strengthened. |
