      目的 探讨翻转课堂联合病例导入式以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法在神经内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年6月至2019年6月在安徽省立医院神经内科学习的100名学员为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组50名。试验组采用翻转课堂联合病例导入式PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较两组学员的出科考试成绩和问卷调查结果。结果 试验组学员的理论知识、临床诊疗能力成绩分别为(88.62±4.87)分和(42.38±3.00)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组问卷调查体验优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 翻转课堂联合病例导入式PBL教学法在神经内科的临床教学中具有较好的效果,值得推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom combined with case method problem-based learning (PBL) during the neurological teaching. Methods A total of 100 medical students in accordance with the random number table were divided into experimental group and control group in Department of Neurology from June 2018 to June 2019. Experimental group used flipped classroom combined with case method PBL teaching mode, while control group used traditional teaching method. Test and questionnaire survey of two groups were carried out and the results were analyzed. Results The scores of the oretical knowledge and clinical ability in experimental group were (88.62±4.87) and (42.38±3.00) respectively, which were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The experience of questionnaire survey was better in experimental group than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom combined with case method PBL teaching mode presents good effect and is worth popularizing.
