目的 研究高盐饮食对盐敏感性高血压大鼠肾脏组织损伤的影响。方法 将20只实验大鼠按照大鼠品系分为对照组(SS-13BN大鼠,n=10)与盐敏感性高血压大鼠模型组(Dahl/SS大鼠,n=10),通过喂食盐含量为8%的高盐饲料构建盐敏感性高血压大鼠模型,分析两组大鼠肾脏组织损伤程度及肾脏组织中白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达情况。结果 模型组大鼠的收缩压为(183.82±3.87)mmHg,对照组为(129.03±3.94)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠肾脏组织中Nephrinuria含量为(12.12±0.92)mg/d、肾损伤程度评分为(1.93±0.52)分、TNF-α含量为(623.14±43.12)pg/mg,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠肾脏组织中IL-6 mRNA的相对表达量为(2.25±0.81)、IL-1β mRNA为(2.89±0.86),均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠肾脏组织中IL-6蛋白相对表达量为(1.71±0.08)、IL-1β为(2.23±0.13),均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高盐摄取会对盐敏感大鼠的肾脏造成严重的损伤,引起炎症反应,从而影响肾小球等肾脏器官的正常功能。 |

Objective To investigate the effect of high-salt diet on kidney tissue damage ofrats with salt-sensitive hypertension. Methods Twenty experimental rats were divided into control group (SS-13BNrats, n=10) and salt-sensitive hypertensive rat model group (Dahl/SS rats, n=10) according to rat type. The salt-sensitive hypertensive rat model was constructed by feeding a high salt feed containing 8% salt. The degree of kidney tissue damage and the expression of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in kidney tissues of the two groups ratswere assessed. Results The systolic blood pressure in model group was(183.82±3.87)mmHg, that of the control group was (129.03±3.94)mmHg,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nephrinuria content in kidney tissues of model group was (12.12±0.92) mg/d, the kidney injury degree score was (1.93±0.52), the content of TNF-α in the kidney tissue was (623.14±43.12) pg/mg, which were higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The relative mRNA expression levels of IL-6 in kidney tissues of model group was (2.25±0.81) and IL-1β was (2.89±0.86), which were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The protein relative expression levels of IL-6 in kidney tissues of model group was(1.71±0.08), and IL-1β was (2.23±0.13), which were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High salt intake can cause serious damage to the kidneys of salt-sensitive rats, leading to inflammation and affecting the normal function of kidney organs such as glomeruli. |
