Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of primary gastrointestinal lymphoma(PGIL).Methods The clinical data of 112 PGIL patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC from January 2010 to January 2020 were collected, and their clinical characteristics (gender, age, predilecting sites, pathological classification, staging, endoscopic manifestations and treatment methods, etc.)were analysed. The 3-year survival of the patients was counted. Single-factor survival analysis of prognosis was performed by kaplan-Merier method, and the Cox proportional hazard regression model was used in multivariate analysis. Results The age of 112 patients was (58.2±16) years old, and 97 patients (86.6%) were middle-aged and elderly. The common clinical symptoms were abdominal pain(68,60.7%),gastrointestinal hemorrhage(17,15.2%), fever and weight loss(10,8.9%) and abdominal mass(5,4.5%).The common type of primary gastric lymphoma (PGL) was ulcerative type (32,58.2%), while primary intestinal lymphoma (PIL) was infiltrating type(13,40.6%), ulcerative type (10,31.3%), and uplift type(9,28.1%) by endoscopy. The 3-year survival rate of PGIL patients was 58.1%.COX regression model multivariate analysis indicated that monotherapy was an independent risk factor for poor prognosis of PGIL(HR=3.471,95%CI 1.790~6.731,P=0.021).Conclusions PGIL tends to occur in middle-aged and elderly people. The common clinical symptoms are abdominal pain, gastrointestinalhemorrhage.Ulcerative type is more common in PGL by endoscopy.Monotherapy is an independent risk factor for prognosis. |
