Objective To explore the mediating role of mindfulness between job burnout and social support of regular training doctors, so as to provide a scientific basis for improving their work enthusiasm and medical service level. Methods Five third-class hospitals with regular training qualifications in Anhui Province from May to June 2020 were randomly selected and selected by cluster sampling. A total of 493 trained doctors were recruited in the study. Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory(CMBI), Five Facet Mindfulness Questionaire(FFMQ) and Social Spuport Rate Scale(SSRS)were used to measure the level of job burnout, social support and mindfulness. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among mindfulness, job burnout and social support. Bootstrap was used to test the mediating effect. Results The CMBI, FFMQ and SSRS scores of the regular training doctors were (50.32±12.51),(103.89±12.19) and (36.24±7.17). The total score of CMBI was negatively correlated with the total score of FFMQ (r=0.512,P<0.001). The total score of CMBI was negatively correlated with the total score of SSRS (r=0.275, P<0.001). The total score of SSRS was positively correlated with the total score of FFMQ (r=0.340, P<0.001). Bootstrap intermediary effect test was established, the model was a partial intermediary model, the amount of intermediary effect was -0.23 (P<0.001), and the ratio of intermediary effect to total effect was 51.55%.Conclusions In the group of regular training doctors, social support can affect their job burnout level, and mindfulness is an important intermediary factor. |
