      目的 评估环曲面设计与球面设计角膜塑形镜在近视伴散光学龄儿童中的治疗效果。方法 选取 2018年 1月至2020年1月在安徽省第二人民医院眼科就诊的 50例(100只眼)近视伴散光学龄儿童,根据佩戴角膜塑形镜类型不同,分为观察组(佩戴环曲面设计的角膜塑形镜)与对照组(佩戴球面设计的角膜塑形镜),每组25例(50只眼)。记录两组患者戴镜前、戴镜后1周、1、6及12个月的裸眼视力、散光度数、偏心量以及眼轴等,并进行比较分析。结果 两组患者戴镜前与戴镜后视力矫正和眼轴控制各个时间点比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者戴镜后矫正角膜散光各个时间点均低于戴镜前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者戴镜后偏心量各个时间点均低于戴镜前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 环曲面设计和球面设计的角膜塑形镜均能提高患者裸眼视力,有效控制眼轴增长,且环曲面设计角膜塑形镜能更有效控制治疗区角膜散光及偏心量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of toroidal surface and spherical design orthokeratology onmyopia and astigmatism in school children. Methods From January 2018 to January 2020, 50 school-age children (100 eyes) with myopia and astigmatism who were treated in the Department of Ophthalmology of Anhui No.2 Provincial People’s Hospital were randomly selected. The orthokeratology lens with toroidal surface design was selected as the observation group, and the orthokeratology lens with spherical design was selected as the control group,with 25 cases (50 eyes) in each group. The uncorrected visual acuity, astigmatism, eccentricity, and axis of the eyes of the two groups of patients before wearing orthokeratology and 1week, 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months after wearing orthokeratology were recorded for comparative analysis. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of vision correction and eye axis control(P>0.05). Regarding the correction of corneal astigmatism, the observation group was lower than before wearing the glasses at all time points after wearing the glasses, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the comparison of eccentricity, the observation group was lower than before wearing the glasses at all time points after wearing the glasses, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Both toroidal surface and spherical design orthokeratology lens can improve the uncorrected visual acuity and effectively control the axial growth of the eye, and the toroidal surface design orthokeratology lens can more effectively control the corneal astigmatism and lens eccentricity in the treatment area.
