目的 通过开展学生忠诚度调查,对安徽省某医学院校附属医院临床教学质量状况进行分析,为高校附属医院学生教育和管理工作提供参考依据。方法 2021年11月采取线上无记名问卷调查的方法,收集安徽医科大学第二附属医院317名在校学生(本科实习生和研究生)的忠诚度(定义为回答"如果再有一次机会,愿意选择本医院"的人数占调查总人数的百分比)及临床教学质量(包括课程质量、师资能力、设施环境、外部支持4个维度18个条目)得分情况,采用多因素logistic回归分析影响学生忠诚度的因素。结果 安徽医科大学第二附属医院学生忠诚度为76.97%(244/317),其中本科实习生和研究生忠诚度分别为57.26%(67/117)和88.50%(177/200)。18个临床教学质量评价条目中,得分后3位的条目分别是教学仪器和设备能满足学习需要[(7.37±2.98)分]、医院提供了科研活动场地和条件支持[(7.40±3.01)分]、学生宿舍环境优雅舒适[(7.44±2.81)分]。logistic回归分析结果显示,课程质量、师资能力、设施环境、外部支持4个公因子的综合评分及学生类别(OR=2.521,95% CI:1.109~5.735)是忠诚度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 安徽省某医学院附属医院学生忠诚度尤其是本科实习生忠诚度有较大提升空间,需针对课程质量、师资能力、设施环境和外部支持等方面采取措施以提升临床教学质量。 |

Objective To analyse the clinical teaching quality of a medical college affiliated hospital in Anhui province through student loyalty survey and provide reference for student education and management. Methods In November 2021, 317 students (undergraduate interns and postgraduates) of the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University were collected through online anonymous questionnaire survey (defined as the answer to "If given another chance, the percentage of the number of students willing to choose the hospital in the total number of respondents) and the score of clinical teaching quality (including 18 items from four dimensions, including course quality, teachers' ability, facilities and environment, and external support). Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the factors influencing student loyalty. Results The loyalty of students in the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical Universitywas 76.97% (244/317), among which the loyalty of undergraduate interns and postgraduates was 57.26% (67/117) and 88.50% (177/200) respectively. Among the 18 clinical teaching quality evaluation items, the lowest three items were teaching instruments and equipment meeting learning needs[(7.37±2.98) points], the hospital providing scientific research activity sites and conditions support[(7.40±3.01) points], and the elegant and comfortable dormitory environment[(7.44±2.81) points].Logistic regression analysis of student loyalty showed that the comprehensive score of four common factors, including course quality, faculty ability, facility environment and external support, and student category(OR=2.521,95%CI:1.109-5.735) were the influencing factors of student loyalty (P<0.05). Conclusions There is much room for improving the loyalty of students, especially undergraduate interns, in the affiliated hospital of a medical college in Anhui province. The hospital should take measures to further improve the quality of clinical teaching in terms of curriculum quality, faculty capacity, facility environment and external support. |
