Objective TTo analyze the status quo and influencing factors of preoperative decision conflict in patients with hip arthroplasty. Methods The convenient sampling method was used to select 264 patients with hip arthroplasty in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from April to December 2022 as the research objects. The general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the decision conflict scale, the social support scale, the Chinese version of the decision expectation scale, the depression anxiety stress scale, and the patients' satisfaction with medical decision participation were used to investigate the level of decision conflict and influencing factors. Results The total score of preoperative decision conflict in patients with arthroplasty was 28.13(18.75, 43.75). The correlation analysis results showed that decision conflict was related to social support, subjective support, objective support, depression anxiety stress, depression, anxiety, decision satisfaction, information, decision, communication and negotiation, overall satisfaction, and confidence. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that annual family income, hip fracture, passive decision, depression, communication and negotiation, total satisfaction and confidence were the influencing factors of preoperative decision conflict in patients with hip arthroplasty. Conclusions The preoperative decision conflict of patients with hip arthroplasty is at a lower middle level, so we should adopt a localized decision coping style for preoperative intervention to reduce the level of decision conflict of patients. |
