| 目的 观察芪椒通络洗剂足浴应用于气阴两虚型糖尿病周围神经病变（Diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN）患者的效果及安全性。方法 选取2022年8月～2024年3月在安徽省中医院住院的64例诊断气阴两虚型DPN的患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法随机分为干预组32例，对照组32例。对照组予常规治疗，干预组在对照组基础上加用中药芪椒通络洗剂足浴，比较干预前后两组中医证候积分（主症肢端疼痛、四肢发凉、肢体麻木、感觉减退，次症腰膝酸软、肌肉萎缩、倦怠乏力、失眠）、多伦多临床评分系统（Toronto Clinical System Score，TCSS）、治疗效果及不良反应。结果 两组干预后TCSS各项评分、各项中医证候积分较干预前皆下降，且干预组TCSS评分（感觉评分、症状评分）及各项中医证候积分下降更显著（P<0.05）；干预组治疗前后各项中医证候积分、TCSS评分差值均高于对照组（P<0.05）；干预组总有效率（90.6%）优于对照组（61.3%）（P<0.05）;干预组TCSS积分有效率（90.6%）优于对照组（51.6%）（P<0.05）;两组患者在治疗中未出现明显不良反应。结论 芪椒通络洗剂足浴干预气阴两虚型DPN效果确切，能显著改善患者临床症状，提高疗效，安全性高。 |

| To observe the effect and safety of Qijiao Tongluo Lotion foot bath in patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy (DPN) of qi yin deficiency syndrome.Methods 64 patients diagnosed with Qi Yin deficiency syndrome DPN admitted to Anhui Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an intervention group of 32 cases and a control group of 31 cases using a random number table method. The control group received routine treatment, while the intervention group received foot baths with traditional Chinese medicine Qijiao Tongluo lotion On the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores (main symptoms include limb pain, limb coldness, limb numbness, and sensory decline；secondary symptoms include soreness, muscle atrophy, fatigue, and insomnia), Toronto Clinical System Score (TCSS), therapeutic effect, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention, the TCSS scores and TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased compared to before the intervention, and the TCSS scores (sensory scores, symptom scores) and TCM syndrome scores in the intervention group decreased more significantly（P<0.05）；The difference in scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and TCSS scores before and after treatment in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）; The total effective rate of the intervention group (90.6%) was better than that of the control group (61.3%)（P<0.05）；The effective rate of TCSS score in the intervention group (90.6%) was better than that in the control group (51.6%)（P<0.05）; There were no significant adverse reactions observed in the two groups of patients during treatment. Conclusion:Qijiao Tongluo lotion foot bath intervention has a definite effect on DPN of Qi Yin deficiency syndrome, which can significantly improve patients' clinical symptoms, enhance efficacy, and have high safety. |
