| 强脉冲光(Intense Pulsed Light,IPL)因其独特的生物学作用(选择性光热解作用及光生物调节作用)而被广泛的应用于眼表疾病的治疗。其作为一种新兴的治疗手段,既可以单独应用,也可以联合其他疗法一起使用,为患者提供多元化的治疗方案。该技术现已应用于睑板腺功能障碍(MGD) 引起的干眼(DE),其他原因引起的DE,睑缘炎相关角结膜病变(BKC),蠕形螨睑缘炎,麦粒肿和睑板腺囊肿等常规眼表疾病。该文就IPL技术在眼表疾病治疗方面的研究进展进行综述,探讨IPL用于治疗眼表疾病的临床价值,并为使用IPL与(或)其他疗法联合治疗眼表疾病提供依据及新思路。 |

| Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is widely used in the treatment of ocular surface diseases due to its unique biological effects (selective photothermolysis and photobiomodulation). As an emerging treatment, it can be applied alone or in combination with other therapies to provide patients with more diversified treatment options. It has been applied to conventional ocular surface diseases such as dry eye (DE) caused by meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), DE caused by other diseases, blepharitis-associated keratoconjunctivitis (BKC),demodexblepharitis, sty, and meibomian gland cyst. This article reviews the research progress of IPL technology in the treatment of ocular surface diseases, discusses the clinical value of IPL for the treatment of ocular surface diseases, and provides the rationale and new ideas for the use of IPL in combination with and/or other therapies for the treatment of ocular surface diseases. |
