在肝病发展进程中,脂质过氧化扮演着关键角色,肝脏受损后,肝细胞功能障碍触发一系列应激反应,会促进自由基生成增多,活性氧种类及产量增加,从而引发脂质降解,启动脂质过氧化反应。脂质过氧化与Nrf2和NF-κB信号通路密切相关,本文从介绍脂质过氧化的调控机制、脂质过氧化在不同类型肝病中的作用及研究脂质过氧化影响肝病进展的临床意义,以期为肝病治疗靶点选择及相关临床研究提供参考。 |

In the progression of liver disease, lipid peroxidation plays a pivotal role. Following liver injury, hepatocellular dysfunction triggers a cascade of stress responses that promote the generation of increased free radicals and reactive oxygen species (ROS), leading to lipid degradation and initiation of lipid peroxidation reactions. Lipid peroxidation is closely associated with the Nrf2 and NF-κB signaling pathways. This article introduces the regulatory mechanisms of lipid peroxidation, its role in different types of liver diseases, and investigates the clinical significance of lipid peroxidation in the progression of liver diseases, aiming to provide references for the selection of therapeutic targets and related clinical research in liver diseases. |
