      目的 探讨母亲育儿胜任感与学龄前儿童情绪行为问题的关联。方法 于2022年12月采用分层整群抽样方法,选取安徽省芜湖市、六安市和阜阳市3个地区城乡24所幼儿园3 041名学龄前儿童作为研究对象。调查内容包括一般人口统计学资料、中文版育儿胜任感量表、父母版长处和困难问卷。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析二者之间的关联。结果 学龄前儿童情绪症状、品行问题、多动、同伴交往问题、困难总分和亲社会行为异常的检出率分别为13.4%、18.4%、16.6%、27.8%、6.6%和17.0%。多因素lo-gistic回归结果显示,与高水平育儿胜任感相比,低水平育儿胜任感会增加儿童情绪问题(OR=2.920,95%CI:1.352~6.305)、品行问题(OR=3.450,95%CI:1.789~6.653)、同伴交往问题(OR=3.876,95%CI:2.227~6.747)、困难总分(OR=17.253,95%CI:4.510~65.997)和亲社会行为异常(OR=2.848,95%CI:1.498~5.415)的风险较高。结论 可通过提高母亲育儿胜任感,减少学龄前儿童情绪行为问题的发生。

      Objective To examine the association of maternal parenting sense of competence (PSOC) and emotional and behavioral problems (EBPs) in preschool children. Methods In December 2022,3 041 preschool children from 24 kindergartens in Wuhu, Lu’an and Fuyang of Anhui province were selected as the study subjects. The survey included general demographic data, the Chinese version of the parenting competency scale and the parental strengths and difficulties questionnaire. Multivariate logistic regression models were conducted to examine the association between them. Results The detection rates of emotional symptoms, conduct problems, hyperactivity, peer interaction problems, total score of difficulties and prosocial behavior abnormalities in preschool children was 13.4%, 18.4%, 16.6%, 27.8%, 6.6% and 17.0%, respectively. Compared to the high POSC, low PSOC increased the risk of children’'s emotional symptoms (OR = 2.920, 95%CI: 1.352~ 6.305), conduct problems (OR = 3.450, 95%CI: 1.789~6.653), peer interaction problems (OR = 3.876, 95%CI: 2.227~6.747), total score of difficulties (OR = 17.253, 95%CI: 4.510~65.997) and prosocial behavior abnormalities (OR = 2.848, 95%CI: 1.498~5.415). Conclusion The occurrence of emotional behavior problems in preschool children can be reduced via enhancing mothers’ parenting competence.
