| 目的 探讨基于4P医学模式的健康教育在缺血性卒中二级预防中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1～9月连云港市第一人民医院收治的280例缺血性卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,每组140例。对照组患者接受神经内科常规护理,干预组患者在对照组基础上实施基于4P医学模式的健康教育,比较两组二级预防效果。结果 出院6个月,干预组患者Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)得分为(7.65±1.02)分、血压达标率为93.13%、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)达标率为95.42%、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)达标率为94.66%,均高于对照组,卒中复发率为0.76%,低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者简化改良的Rankin问卷(smRSq)得分分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 开展基于4P医学模式的健康教育,能够提高缺血性卒中患者服药依从性、血压达标率、HbA1c达标率、LDL-C达标率,降低卒中复发率。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of health education based on 4P medical model in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke. Methods From January 2021 to September 2021, 280 patients with ischemic stroke were selected and divided into control group(n=140) and intervention group(n=140) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing in Neurology Department, while the intervention group was given health education based on 4P medical model on the basis of the control group, then the effect of secondary prevention was compared between the two groups. Results Six months after discharge, the MMAS-8 score was (7.65±1.02), the rate of conforming blood pressure was 93.13%, the rate of conforming HbA1c was 95.42%, and the rate of LDL-C was 94.66% in the intervention group, which were all higher than those in the control group, and the recurrence rate of stroke in the intervention group was 0.76%, lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no statistical significance in smRSq score distribution between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusions Health education based on 4P medical model can improve the medication compliance, the rate of reaching the standard of blood pressure, HbA1c and LDL-C, and reduce the recurrence rate of stroke of patients with ischemic stroke. |
