| 目的：探讨叙事医学下的人文护理模式对勃起功能障碍(ED)患者行三件套可膨胀性阴茎假体植入术患者康复的影响,提高患者的社会支持度。方法：对我科2014年1月至2018年6月收治的25例ED患者,在阴茎假体植入术前、术中、术后的各个环节中融入的叙事医学下的人文护理模式,并分别在干预前后使用社会支持评定量表(SRSS)、焦虑抑郁自评量表(SAS、SDS)分别评估患者的社会支持情况及心理状况。结果：25例患者均成功实施手术治疗,SRSS、SAS、SDS量表评分干预前后比较均P<0.05,患者社会支持提高,焦虑、抑郁心理状况改善,并能积极应对疾病痛苦。结论：社会支持及心理状况对ED患者术后恢复至关重要,将叙事医学下的人文护理模式融入其围术期护理,有效的提高了患者的社会支持,改善了心理状况,促进术后康复,并提高了患者出院后的远期疗效。 |

| Objective: to explore the effect of humanistic care model in narrative medicine on the rehabilitation of patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) who underwent three-piece expansible penile prosthesis implantation, and to improve their social support. Methods: our department between January 2014 and June 2018 were 25 cases of patients with ED, in front of the penile prosthesis implantation, intraoperative and postoperative into narrative in the various sectors under the medical humanistic nursing mode, and respectively before and after intervention using social support rating scale (SRSS), depression self rating anxiety scale (SAS, SDS) respectively, to assess the patient"s social support and psychological status. Results: all the 25 patients were successfully treated by surgery. Before and after the intervention of SRSS, SAS and SDS scale, P<0.05 was compared. The social support of the patients was improved, the psychological status of anxiety and depression was improved, and the patients were able to actively deal with the pain of the disease. Conclusion: social support and psychological status are crucial to the postoperative recovery of ED patients. The humanistic care model under narrative medicine is integrated into perioperative nursing, which effectively improves the social support of patients, improves psychological status, promotes postoperative rehabilitation, and improves the long-term therapeutic effect of patients after discharge. |
