| 目的：通过比较不同类型、不同病变支数冠心病(CHD)患者和冠状动脉造影(CAG)正常者的血清脂联素(adiponectin)的水平,分析血清adiponectin与CHD的关系。方法：选择2016年7月至2017年6月在我院经冠状动脉造影(Coronary angiography, CAG)证实为冠心病患者74例,其中单支血管病变患者29例；双支血管病变患者26例；三支血管病变患者19例；同期CAG阴性对照组 22例。采用固相夹心酶偶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)来检测脂联素水平,实验数据采用SPSS18.0统计学分析软件。结果：1、脂联素在CHD组较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2、血清脂联素随着冠脉病变支数的增多而降低。3、血清脂联素水平与冠脉病变支数、冠脉病变Gensini积分,IL-6、hs-CRP呈负相关(P<0.05),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇酯(HDL)水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。4、回归分析提示血清脂联素水平与冠心病密切相关。 |

| Objective: Obeserve the difference of serum adiponectin between patients in different types and lesions of CHD(coronary heart disease) and normal coronary arteries. Analyse the correlation between serum adiponectin and CHD.Methods: Choose from the patients who underwent Coronary angiography in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017.Among the patients there were 74 cases proved to be with Coronary heart disease, including 26 cases with single-vessel disease, 24 cases with double-vessel disease, 24 cases with triple-vessel disease and 22 controls with normal coronary arteris in the same period. Experimental data were processed by SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software.Results: 1. The level of serum adiponectin was significantly lower in patients with CHD than in the control group , the difference reaches the significance of statistics ((P < 0.05).2. Serum adiponectin dicrease with the increasing of coronary lesions, 3.Serum adiponectin were negatively correlated with coronary lesions amount, coronary lesions Gensini score, serum IL-6 and hs-CRP . Serum adiponectin level were positive correlated with high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels (P < 0.05). 4. Logistic regression suggest that serum adiponectin level and coronary heart disease were closely related. |
