| 目的 探讨SBAR沟通模式在普外科护士向医生汇报病情中的应用效果。 方法 成立SBAR小组,设计普外科SBAR病情汇报指引单,并针对SBAR相关内容进行培训,2018年1月~6月,我科使用SBAR病情汇报模式,应用问卷调查,比较实施前后护士的评判性思维能力、医生满意度、患者满意度情况。结果 使用SBAR沟通模式进行病情汇报后,护士评判性思维能力得分(296±29.37)高于实施前(258±25.52),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医、患对护士满意度得分分别为(96.12±3.96)、(94.47±6.41)分,均高于实施前(90.49±4.38)、(90.04±6.75)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 SBAR沟通模式能够提高护士的评判性思维能力,提升自我价值感,能够促进医护有效合作,提高工作效率,还能提高患者满意度,体现优质护理。 |

| Objective: To explore the effect of SBAR communication model in general surgery nurses to report patients, illness to doctors. Methods: Set up SBAR Group, design General Surgery SBAR Disease Report guidelines, and training for SBAR related content, from January~June, 2018,we use SBAR disease report mode, application questionnaire survey, compared to the implementation of the nurse"s critical thinking ability, doctor satisfaction, patient satisfaction. Results: After usingthe SBAR communication mode, the scores of nurses " critical Thinking ability (258±25.52) were higher than before (296 ±29.37)), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of Nurses (96.12±3.96), (94.47±6.41)) was higher than before (90.49±4.38), 90.04±6.75),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: SBAR communication model can improve nurses ' critical thinking ability, enhance their sense of value, promote effective cooperation, improve work efficiency, improve patient satisfaction and reflect quality nursing. |
