      减重代谢手术是治疗病态肥胖及其不良后遗症的有效的长期方法。减重代谢手术的麻醉从建立静脉通道到气管拔管的每一步都给麻醉医师带来了独特的挑战。超声技术在临床麻醉中的应用正变得越来越普遍,特别是用于肥胖人群。超声技术不仅可以引导术前穿刺置管,还可以用来预测困难气道、辅助气管插管,评估胃内容物,预防反流误吸。超声技术也可指导术中机械通气的管理,观察肺通气情况和识别正压通气期间肺部并发症。超声技术也可用于引导术后硬膜外镇痛和筋膜平面阻滞,加快术后康复、减少并发症。超声技术在减重代谢手术围术期的应用仍然有很多方面需要探索。故本文就减重代谢手术围术期的应用及发展进行综述
英文摘要:
      Weight-loss metabolic surgery is an effective long-term method for the treatment of morbid obesity and its adverse sequelae. Anesthesia for weight-loss metabolic surgery Every step from establishing venous access to tracheal extubation presents unique challenges for anesthesiologists. The use of ultrasound techniques in clinical anaesthesia is becoming more common, especially in the obese population. Ultrasound technique can not only guide preoperative puncture and catheterization, but also be used to predict difficult airway, assist endotracheal intubation, evaluate gastric contents, and prevent reflux aspiration. Ultrasound techniques may also guide the management of intraoperative mechanical ventilation, observe lung ventilation and identify pulmonary complications during positive pressure ventilation. Ultrasound techniques can also be used to guide postoperative epidural analgesia and fascial plane block to accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and reduce complications. There are still many aspects to explore the perioperative application of ultrasound technique in weight loss metabolic surgery. Therefore, this paper summarizes the application and development of the perioperative period of weight-loss metabolic surgery.
