| 秦茂林1 刘朝军1:报告1例咽后隙巨大脂肪瘤伴术中哮喘发作。患者出现吞咽不适,呼吸不畅感,夜间打鼾明显,颈部增强CT提示咽后间隙肿物,考虑脂肪瘤,自颈1延续至胸1水平,咽腔受压变窄。全麻下行颈部肿物切除,术中哮喘发作,处理后平稳。术后病理学诊断非典型脂肪瘤性肿瘤。患者术后恢复好,随访未复发。 |

| A case of giant lipoma of the retropharyngeal space with intraoperative asthma attack was reported. The patient presented swallowing discomfort, dyspnea, and obvious snoring at night. Enhanced CT of the neck suggested mass in the retropharyngeal space, which was considered lipoma, extending from C1 to the level of chest 1, with compression and narrowing of the pharyngeal cavity. Neck mass resection under general anesthesia, intraoperative asthma attack, stable after treatment. The pathological diagnosis was atypical lipoma tumor. The patient recovered well after surgery and no recurrence was observed during follow-up. |
