      脊髓拴系综合征(TCS)是一种由于脊髓受到异常牵拉从而产生一系列临床症状和体征的症候群。术中神经电生理监测在TCS手术中发挥重要作用,可用于识别术中拴系部位附近的神经功能组织,并提供术中指导。体感诱发电位、运动诱发电位、肌电图、球海绵体反射四个模态作为术中神经电生理监测的主要方式,可以有效的缩短手术时间、降低复杂拴系手术的风险,还能减少或避免甚至预防神经损伤,从而提高患者的安全性。
英文摘要:
      Tetheredcordsyndrome is a series of clinical symptoms and signs caused by abnormal traction of the spinal cord. Surgery is the main treatment modality, but there is a high intraoperative risk. The use of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring techniques in spinal cord tethering syndrome surgery has been gradually improved, which can be used to identify the functional neural tissue near the intraoperative tethering site and provide intraoperative guidance in all cases. It contains four main modalities: somatosensory evoked potentials, motor evoked potentials, electromyography, and bulbocavernosal reflexes. Its use can effectively shorten the operative time, reduce the risk of complex tethering surgery, and also reduce or avoid or even prevent nerve injury, thus improving patient safety. This article reviews the progress of research related to the application of electrophysiological monitoring techniques in spinal cord tethering syndrome surgery in the context of existing literature, specifically introduces the monitoring modalities and related application values of each intraoperative modality, and summarizes the advantages of the combined use of multiple modalities and their influencing factors.
