      目的 探讨数字虚拟技术在肝胆外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年6月于安徽省第二人民医院普外科接受培训的120名年轻医生,分为观察组60名进行数字虚拟技术辅助教学,对照组60名进行传统教学,对比两组教学效果的差异。结果 观察组实习生、规培医生、青年外科医生对肝脏分区、肝动脉、肝静脉、胆道等解剖知识以及对疾病诊断、肿瘤定位、肿瘤与周围脏器的关系等知识的掌握程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组实习生、规培医生、青年外科医生对肝切除范围、手术路径、断肝平面、残余肝脏体积等手术规划得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组年轻医生对教学效果的满意度评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 数字虚拟技术能提高肝胆外科临床教学的效果。

      Objective: To explore the application effect of digital virtual technology in clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery and preliminarily construct its evaluation system. Methods: 60 young physicians who received training in the General Surgery Department of Anhui No.2 Provincial People’s Hosptial from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group of 30 physicians for digital virtual technology assisted teaching, and a control group of 30 physicians for traditional teaching. The differences in teaching effectiveness between the two groups were compared. Results: the young doctors in the observation group had a significantly better understanding of liver zoning, anatomical knowledge of hepatic arteriovenous, portal vein, inferior vena cava, biliary tract relationships, and diagnostic knowledge of diseases such as tumors and surrounding organs compared to the control group (P<0.05). The knowledge of young surgeons was the best, followed by trained doctors, and interns had a poor understanding; The scores of young doctors in the observation group on the rational planning of the range of liver resection, the level of liver resection, and the residual liver volume were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), with young surgeons receiving the highest scores, followed by trained doctors, and interns receiving lower scores; The satisfaction survey found that the satisfaction evaluation scores of young physicians in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Digital virtual technology can significantly improve the recognition ability of young physicians for important liver anatomy, enhance their understanding of complex liver surgery planning and path selection, and is worth promoting.
