      目的 了解普通外科住院患者对护理服务质量的期望水平与满意度现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2023年5月至7月选取安徽省皖南、皖北、皖中3所三级甲等综合医院普通外科住院患者292例为调查对象,应用一般资料调查问卷、护理服务质量评价量表、住院患者护理工作满意度调查量表进行调查。Pearson相关性分析患者对护理服务质量的期望水平与满意度的关系,采用分层回归分析护理服务质量期望水平对满意度的作用。结果 普通外科住院患者护理服务质量期望水平总分为(86.12±17.74)分,患者满意度总分为(100.12±18.61)分,Pearson相关性分析结果显示,患者对护理服务质量的期望水平和满意度呈负相关(r=-0.557,P<0.01)。分层回归分析结果显示,控制一般资料的影响后,护理服务质量期望水平是普通外科住院患者满意度的独立影响因素(F=34.815,P<0.05),可解释52.6%患者满意度的变异。结论 护理服务质量期望水平是影响普通外科住院患者满意度的重要因素,通过合理降低患者对护理服务质量的期望水平可提升患者满意度。

      Objective To understand the expectations and satisfaction status of inpatients in general surgery towards nursing service quality, and analyze the correlation between the two. Method Convenience sampling method was used to select 292 inpatients in the general surgery department of three tertiary Grade A comprehensive hospitals in Anhui Province from May to July 2023. A general information survey questionnaire, nursing service quality evaluation scale, and inpatient nursing job satisfaction survey scale were used for the survey. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationship between patient expectations of nursing service quality and satisfaction, and stratified regression analysis was used to examine the effect of nursing service quality expectations on satisfaction. Result The total score of the expected level of nursing service quality for inpatients in general surgery was (86.12 ± 17.74) points, and the total score of patient satisfaction was (100.12 ± 18.61) points. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expected level of nursing service quality and satisfaction of patients were negatively correlated (r=-0.557, P<0.01). The results of stratified regression analysis showed that, after controlling for the influence of general information, the expected level of nursing service quality was an independent influencing factor for the satisfaction of inpatients in general surgery (F=34.815, P<0.05), which could explain 52.6% of the variation in patient satisfaction. Conclusion The expected level of nursing service quality is an important factor affecting the satisfaction of inpatients in general surgery. By reasonably reducing the expected level of nursing service quality, patient satisfaction can be improved.
