多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome, PCOS)是一种普遍存在于育龄期女性的内分泌和代谢紊乱疾病。目前其病因、发病机制未完全阐明,仍为研究热点和难点。沉默信息调控因子3(silent information regulator 3, SIRT3)参与氧化应激、线粒体功能、凋亡、葡萄糖代谢等过程,而这可能是PCOS发生的重要环节。此文就SIRT3与PCOS的氧化应激、线粒体功能、性激素分泌、卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡及铁死亡、葡萄糖代谢之间的关系进行综述,以期更全面地了解PCOS的发病机制及病因,为后续的基础或者临床研究提供参考。 |

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine and metabolic disorder commonly found in women of reproductive age. Its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated, and it remains a hot and difficult research topic. Silent information regulator 3 (SIRT3) is involved in oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, apoptosis, and glucose metabolism, which may be important in the development of PCOS. This article reviews the relationship between SIRT3 and oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, sex hormone secretion, ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis and Ferroptosis, and glucose metabolism in PCOS, with the aim of gaining a more comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis and etiology of PCOS, and to provide a reference for subsequent basic or clinical studies. |
