| 目的 探讨剖宫产术中提前应用小剂量缩宫素对剖宫产术中出血量的影响。方法 选取2013年3月至2014年9月在安徽省妇幼保健院产五科行剖宫产的孕足月孕妇250例,随机分为两组,各125例。对照组于胎儿娩出后宫体注射缩宫素20 U及静脉应用平衡液500 mL+缩宫素20 U,研究组于手术开始的同时静脉应用平衡液500 mL+缩宫素2.5 U,控制滴速为16滴/min,胎儿娩出后宫体注射缩宫素20 U及再在上述平衡液中加入缩宫素17.5 U。结果 研究组术中出血量为(241.9±10.9)mL,对照组术中出血量为(312.5±13.8)mL,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 剖宫产术中提前应用小剂量缩宫素可明显减少剖宫产术中出血量。 |

| Objective To investigate,the impact of the early cesarean section with a small dose of oxytocin to the amount of bleeding cesarean surgery.Methods Randomly selected from March 2013 to September 2014 in our department elective cesarean section 250 cases of pregnant women at term pregnancy.Randomly divided into two groups, each group of 125 cases.They were randomly divided into two groups, each 125 cases.The control group in the fetus harem body injection of oxytocin 20 U and intravenous needle balanced solution 500 mL + oxytocin 20 U,At the same time the beginning of the study group on the operation of intravenous fluid balance 500 mL+ oxytocin 2.5 U, controlled drip rate of 16 drops / min, fetus harem body needle injection of oxytocin 20 U and then in the above solution was added to balance oxytocin 17.5 U.Results The study group blood loss was (241.9±10.9)mL, the amount of blood loss in the control group(312.5±13.8)mL, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Caesarean section in advance with a small dose of oxytocin can significantly reduce the amount of Cesarean Section. |
