| 目的 探讨肾上腺素冲洗液对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)手术时间及术中出血量的影响。 方法 选取62例LC患者,以手术日期单双日分为A、B两组。A组(32例)术中使用生理盐水冲洗液,B组(32例)术中使用肾上腺素冲洗液。观察两组手术时间、术中出血量。 结果 B组的手术时间短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);B组术中出血量少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 肾上腺素冲洗液能缩短腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术时间,减少术中出血量。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of epinephrine flushing fluid on the operation time and blood loss of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods A total of 62 cases of LC patients were collected and divided into A and B groups according to odd-numbered and even-numbered days of operation. Patients in group A (32 cases) were flushed with physiological saline solution in operation, and in group B (32 cases) the epinephrine flushing fluid was used to flush operative field. All the operations were completed by the same surgeon, and the operation time, bleeding volume of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The operation time of the B group was shorter than that of the A group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Meanwhile, the bleeding volume of the B group was less than that of the A group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Application of epinephrine flushing fluid may shorten the operation time of LC, and reduce the blood loss. |
