| 目的 评价应用人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨转子间不稳定骨折的方法与疗效。方法 合肥市第二人民医院2008年3月至2013年6月应用人工股骨头置换治疗老年不稳定转子间骨折79例,骨折类型按Evans-Jenson分类:ⅡA 26例,ⅡB 29例,Ⅲ 20例,Ⅳ 4例。结果 所有患者手术顺利,所有患者均获随访,随访时间6~20个月,平均15个月,随访期间3例死于急性心力衰竭,3例出现患肢深静脉血栓形成。术后Harris评分:优56例,良15例,可5例,优良率为93.5%。结论 人工股骨头置换术是治疗老年股骨转子间不稳定骨折的有效手段。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of cemented long stell bipolar prosthetic prosthesis in the management of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. Methods A retrospective analysis of 79 elderly cases of uncemented long-stem prosthetic replacement for unstable intertrochanteric fractures was conducted. Of the 79 elderly patients, 26 had type IIA fracture by Evans-Jenson classification, 29 had type IIB fractures, 20 had type III fractures, and 4 had type Ⅳ fractures. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 20 months(mean 1 5 months). Three patient died due to severe respiratory failure during the follow-up period. Three patients had deep vein thrombosis. The Harris score reached 93.5%(excellent in 56 cases, good in 15 cases and fine in 5 cases). Conclusion Cemented long-stem bipolar prosthetic prosthesis replacement is effective for management of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. |
