| 目的 对国内外电子转诊业务发展总结分析,发现存在的不足,为我国区域转诊医疗的建设提供新的思路。方法 通过文献分析法,总结国内外电子转诊态势。结果 我国国内电子转诊水平还比较低,人才队伍缺乏,技术水平落后,政策保障不足。结论 应当有效开展支持区域转诊工作,培养人才队伍、提高技术水平、强化政策保障,鼓励多元化投资。 |

| Objective To summarize and analyze the development of electronic referral at home and abroad and find shortcomings to provide new ideas for our regional referral medical service. Methods Through literature analysis, we summarized the recent electronic referral situation both home and abroad. Results The level of electronic referral in China was relatively low, such as the lack of personnel, technological backwardness, and lack of policy support. Conclusion In future,we should support the effective implementation of the regional referral work by training personnel, improving the technical level, and strengthening policy support and encouraging diversification of investments. |
