      目的 探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、表皮生长因子(EGFR)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法 选取结直肠癌54例,以病灶组织为观察组,癌旁正常组织为对照组,采用免疫组织化学Envision方法检测COX-2、EGFR的表达。结果 癌旁正常组织、癌组织中COX-2的阳性表达率分别为48%、76%;EGFR的阳性表达率分别为26%、63%。EGFR蛋白表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移有相关性(P < 0.05);COX-2表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移存在相关性(P < 0.05)。COX-2与EGFR之间具有相关性(r=0.375, P < 0.05)。结论 COX-2、EGFR对结直肠癌的发生、发展有协同作用,与结直肠的浸润、转移密切相关,可作为判断结直肠癌生物学行为和预后的重要参考指标。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in colorectal cancer and its significance. Methods 54 samples of colorectal cancer were selected, and the carcinoma tissues and normal para-carcinoma tissues were defined as study and control objects, respectively. Their expression of COX-2 and EGFR were determined by immunohistochemical method of Envision. Results In normal para-carcinoma tissues and carcinoma tissues, the positive rates of COX-2 expression were 48% and 76%, the positive rates of EGFR expression were 26% and 63%, respectively. The positive expression of EGFR protein was related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer (P < 0.05), and the COX-2 expression was related to the size of carcinoma and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). Furthermore, there was significant correlation between expression of COX-2 and EGFR (r=0.375, P < 0.05). Conclusion COX-2 and EGFR play a synergistic role in the carcinogenesis and development of colorectal cancer, which is closely related to invasion and metastasis of carcinoma tissues, and could be used as important indicators to determine the biological behavior and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
