| 目的 探讨热休克蛋白90(HSP90)在胃癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 利用免疫组化87-8973二步法,检测80例胃癌及20例癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中HSP90的表达.结果 胃癌组织中HSP90的阳性率显著高于正常黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).胃癌组织中HSP90的阳性率与肿瘤分化程度、侵犯深度、淋巴结有无转移及TNM分期相关(P<0.05).结论 HSP90可能在胃癌的发生、发展和淋巴结转移中发挥重要作用. |

| Objective To investigate the roles of HSP90 in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of HSP90 was detected by 87-8973 immunohistochemical technique in 80 cases of gastric carcinoma and and their surrounding normal tissues(n=20). Results The positive percentage of HSP90 protein expression in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues(P<0.05). The expression of HSP90 was significantly related with tumor differentiation, invasive depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05). Conclusion HSP90 may play an important role in the pathogenesis, development and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma. |
