| 目的 探讨假体置换与Herbert钉内固定治疗Mason Ⅱ~Ⅳ型桡骨小头骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾分析运用假体置换与Herbert钉治疗的21例Mason Ⅱ~Ⅳ型桡骨小头骨折患者临床资料,采用Broberg和Morrey肘关节功能评分标准评定疗效.结果 所有患者均获随访,随访时间1~3年.假体置换治疗患者:优3例,良2例,一般1例,优良率为83.33%;Herbert钉治疗患者:优8例,良5例,一般2例,优良率为86.67%.结论 假体置换治疗MasonⅢ、Ⅳ型桡骨小头粉碎性骨折的近期效果满意,采用Herbert钉治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨小头骨折具有较好的临床疗效. |

| Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of prosthesis replacement and Herbert screw in treating Mason Ⅱ~Ⅳ type fractures of radial head. Methods 21 cases Mason Ⅱ~Ⅳ type of radial head fractures were treated with prosthesis replacement and Herbert screw. According to Broberg and Morrey elbow scores system, the curative effect was evaluated. Results All patients were followed up 1~3 years. Three patients had an excellent result, two a good result, and one a fair result in prosthesis replacement group, and the excellent and good rate was 83.33%. Eight patients had an excellent result, five a good result, and two a fair result in Herbert screw group, and the excellent and good rate was 86.67%. Conclusion The recent results of prosthesis replacement in treating Mason Ⅲ, Ⅳ type radial head fracture are good, and Herbert screw in treating Mason Ⅱ type of radial head fractures has better clinical curative effect. |
