| 目的 探讨心脉隆注射液治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床效果.方法 选取老年CHF患者92例,随机分成治疗组(50例)与对照组(42例).对照组患者进行常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组患者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用心脉隆注射液.对两组患者进行为期14 d的治疗,在治疗前、完成治疗后对比两组患者6 min步行距离以及超声心动图检查的情况.结果 完成14 d的治疗后,治疗组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);在6 min步行距离以及患者的左室射血分数水平方面获得了显著的提高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 心脉隆注射液可有效改善老年CHF患者症状,提高患者生活质量. |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinmailong injection on treating aged patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods Ninety-two aged patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50) and control group(n=42). The control group received conventional treatment of anti-heart failure, and the treatment group received Xinmailong injection based on conventional treatment of anti-heart failure. Treatment period was two weeks. All patients underwent 6min walking test and echocardiography before and after treatment. Results After treatment two weeks, total effective rate of Xinmailong group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);there was significant improvement in 6min walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in both groups(P<0.05). Compared with control group, there was more significant increase in 6 min walking distance and LVEF in treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xinmailong injection can effectively improve clinic symptoms of chronic heart failure in aged patients and improve the quality of life of patients. |
