| 目的 了解安庆市院前医疗急救的基本状况。方法 对2009年1月至2012年12月安庆市紧急救援中心及下属的8个分站急救基本情况进行调查,并对相应电子数据库中的相关指标进行描述性分析。结果 2009~2012年安庆市紧急救援中心接听电话数、有效接警数及救治患者数均呈平稳增长趋势。接警分布具有明显的时点和季节特点,13~18点和冬季接警所占比例最高。排在前3位的急救病谱依次为:交通事故、心血管疾病、晕厥。结论 安庆市院前急救资源相对不足,政府部门应当加强人才、专业设备和经费的投入。 |

| Objective To investigate the current status of pre-hospital care in the city ofAnqing.Methods The basic situation of emergency in An Qing Emergency & Rescue Center and its 8 subordinate substations from Jan 2009 to Dec 2012 was investigated, and the records of corresponding electronic databases were taken for descriptive analysis.Results During the period from 2009 to 2012, a steady growth trend was presented in An Qing Emergency & Rescue Center about the number of telephone received, effective alarm received and patients rescued.The emergency distribution had obvious time and season characteristics, with the highest proportionof emergencyoccurredin winter and aperiod of 13:00 to 18:00.The top three emergency diseaseswere traffic accident, cardiovascular diseaseand syncope.Conclusion The resources of pre-hospital care in the city of Anqing arestill in relative insufficiency, and more attention should be paid by the government agenciestoincrease the investment of equipment and funds and the education and trainingofprofessionals. |
