目的 探讨生物钟基因CLOCK在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达,并分析其与甲状腺癌的关系,为甲状腺癌的早期诊断提供科学依据。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测CLOCK基因在74例甲状腺乳头状癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平,并分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果 在甲状腺乳头状癌组织与其配对的癌旁正常组织中,CLOCK基因阳性表达分别为68.9%(51/74)和40.5%(30/74)。两类组织中阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CLOCK基因表达与甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论 CLOCK基因可能与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生有重要关系,但其与肿瘤的侵袭和转移的关系需更深入的研究。 |

Objective To investigate the expression of circadian CLOCK gene in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and to observe its relationship, so as to provide scientific basis for the early diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.Methods The expression of clock was analyzed by immunohistochemistry in 74 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and paired adjacent normal thyroid tissues. The relationship between the expression of CLOCK gene and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The CLOCK positive expression rates in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues were 68.9%(51/74) and 40.5%(30/74) respectively, and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05). Further, CLOCK gene had significant relationship with lymph node metastasis and TNM clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion CLOCK gene and the occurrence of papillary thyroid carcinoma are related but the correlation with invasion and metastasis need to be deeply studied. |
