| 目的 探讨鼻外侧动脉的走向、分布,为临床实践提供形态学依据。方法 随机抽取40例安徽医科大学附属省立医院烧伤整形外科门诊患者,应用多普勒超声仪定位鼻外侧动脉走向并作数据分析,其中5例术中解剖获得鼻外侧动脉。结果 术中鼻外侧动脉解剖5例,无一例缺如。随机抽取40例门诊患者,多普勒超声仪对鼻外侧动脉鼻翼沟上缘中点处定位测量,所测数值为5.00~8.00 mm,平均(6.50±0.65)mm,变化范围为2.00~3.00 mm。40对鼻外侧动脉对称性分布,80根鼻外侧动脉出现率为100.00%。12例患者鼻尖部位皮肤软组织缺损,采用鼻外侧动脉为供血动脉岛状皮瓣予以一期修复,术后随访3~12个月,皮瓣成活率为100.00%,切口一期愈合。结论 鼻外侧动脉解剖学基本恒定,以鼻外侧动脉为供血动脉鼻背岛状皮瓣一期修复鼻尖部皮肤软组织缺损是一个实用、可靠的选择。 |

| Objective To probe and discuss the move towards and distribution of lateral nasal artery(LNA), so as to provide morphologic basis for clinical application.Methods Forty outpatients from the Department of Plastic Surgery in the Affiliated Provincial Hospitial of Anhui Medical University were randomly recruited, the orientation of the LNA under the Doppler ultrasound instrument was applied to make data analysis, and 5 cases among them received intraoperative vivisection for LNA.Results Among 5 cases with intraoperative vivisection of LNA, no one was absent. In 40 outpatients with applicaiton of Doppler ultrasound instrument to locate the LNA on alar groove edge midpoint, the data distributed between 5.00~8.00 mm, the average was 6.50 mm, the variance was 0.65 mm, and with the range of 2.00~3.00 mm. Symmetry distribution of LNA appeared in 40 pairs, which were 80 LNA, and none was absent. 12 patients with defects on the tip of the nose were treated using island flap which nourished form LNA, and got one-stage repair. Follow-up was done for 3 to 12 months, all the flap survived, and all wound got one-stage healing.Conclusion With benefit of the stable anatomy of LNA, it is a practical and reliable choice to repair the defects on the tip of the nose with island flap which nourishes form LNA. |
