| 目的 探讨肩关节镜辅助小切口治疗肩袖损伤的手术方法与治疗效果。方法 回顾分析关节镜辅助小切口治疗的15例肩袖损伤患者临床资料,采用肩关节功能评分(Constant-Murley评分)评定患者术前、术后情况。结果 15例患者随访6~30个月,平均18个月,术前患者Constant-Murley评分为(66.2±1.2)分,术后Constant-Murley评分为(94.1±3.7)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-17.45,P<0.05)。结论 肩关节镜下辅助小切口治疗肩袖损伤简单,创伤小,疗效好。 |

| Objective To investigate the indications, surgical methods and clinical effects of arthroscopic assisted small incision in repairing the rotator cuff injury.Methods Fifteen patients with rotator cuff injury treated by arthroscopic-assisted small incision were selected as the research object, their clinical data were retrospectively analysed, and the preoperative and postoperative situation of patients was analysed using Constant-Murley score.Results 15 patients were followed up for 6 to 30 months, with an average of 18 months. The preoperative Constant-Murley score was(66.2±1.2), the postoperative Constant-Murley score was(94.1±3.7), the difference between them was significant(t=-17.45, P<0.05). Conclusion The application fo arthroscopic-assisted small incision in repairing rotator cuff injury is quite effective, less traumatic and simple. |
