| 目的 探讨腹腔镜和开腹胆囊切除术对患者呼吸系统的影响。方法 60例行胆囊切除术的患者分为腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)组和开腹胆囊切除术(OC)组,每组30例。术前与术后24小时检测肺功能各项指标并记录并发症。结果 术前,两组患者肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24小时,LC组患者肺功能指标较术前变化幅度小于OC组,两组患者肺活量、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼吸容积、二氧化碳分压及氧分压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者pH值无明显变化;两组患者并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LC对呼吸系统功能的影响较小,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy on respiratory system in patients. Methods Sixty patients underwent cholecystectomy were randomly divided into laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) and open cholecystectomy(OC) group, and each group had 30 cases. The lung function indicators and complications were observed on pre-operative and post-operative 24 h.Results Pre-operative parameter values of two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Compared with the pre-operative, the changes of value on LC group were smaller than those of OC group post-operative 24 h. The difference in VC, FVC, FEV1, PaO2 and PaCO2 of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). The PH value of the two groups showed no significant changes. The postoperative complications had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has better effect on the function of respiratory system with the advantages of little trauma and quick recovery. |
